Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• European Union: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Kaira is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
